Asko|Schönberg and the theatre maker Boukje Schweigman draw inspiration from Wonderfeel’s superb festival location.

Schweigman has an unparalleled ability to bring people in touch with their surroundings. The musicians and the sound transform the location, as a result of which the surrounding elements are continually placed in a new perspective. The music is by composers including the American John Luther Adams. Inspired by the artist James Turrell’s light artworks (Museum Voorlinden), it is in perfect harmony with the atmosphere, which is further intensified by the fact that everything takes place during sunset.
