Hearing the Universe

Only sharp ears are attuned to it; somewhere in the distance between noise and silence the Big Bang can be heard. The universe, infinitely vast and fascinating beyond compare: the professor of theoretical astronomy and artist Vincent Icke takes an elucidating look at an incomprehensible subject. He is a born storyteller, as viewers of the television talkshow De Wereld Draait Door are aware. The music alone is equally fascinating: from the colours of the music by Schönberg and Willem Jeths to the rapturous ecstasy of Scriabin.
