House, the newest piece by Jameszoo, sets out to imagine a sonic space representing home. Imagined for Gamelan, wind and string instruments, constructed with a storage box full of musical lego. 

Very much inspired by Gamelan culture and the truly magical works of Dewa Alit, founder of Gamelan Salukat. Het Muziek and Gamelan Salukat will perform House at the Holland Festival. 

Besides House, Gamelan Salukat will play a piece with a unique instruments designed by Dewa Alit, featuring its own 10-tone tuning. Here, tradition and radical innovation converge in a soundscape that is as layered as it is unpredictable.
