GRASnacht 10!
A diverse and experimental program by our residents
On Thursday, 29 October, our next GRASnacht will take place, featuring a diverse and experimental programme by a range of makers. During GRASnacht, creators and musicians get the opportunity to present the work they have developed during their residency at Het Muziek Studio.
This edition of GRASnacht focuses on the work of Mees Vervuurt and Anna voor de Wind.
Composer and director Mees Vervuurt explores what silence sounds like in an increasingly loud society. On GRASnacht, expect an impressive collection of percussion instruments.
During her residency, clarinettist Anna voor de Wind immersed herself in the work of influential Italian avant-garde composer Luciano Berio. She explores what his musical world might sound like when approached with the technological possibilities of today.
